How to Make Stir-fried Potatoes

This post is a potato banchan recipe. 
Well, there are a variety of side dishes made of potatoes, and among them, I would like to introduce this recipe that I used to eat a lot when I was young. I think it's a way for children to eat vegetables deliciously.

Still, with this, I'll eat a bowl of rice easily!

 

Besides, it's really good if you mix these stir-fried potatoes with red pepper paste(gochujang) and rice! I strongly recommend it XD

Mixing stir-fried potato and red pepper paste with rice is REALLY GOOD.

 

This stir-fried potato recipe is vegan, but of course, it's delicious if you put minced meat or ham together.
But let's make it without meat because it's already delicious !

 

INGREDIENTS

 - 1 potato
 - Half a carrot
 - Slices of green onion (If you don't have it, you can use other onions)

 - Slight oil
 - A little bit of salt
 - Sesame seeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Slice all the vegetables.

 

2. Let's blanch the potatoes and carrots. When the water boils, add some salt and add potatoes and carrots. Cook it until it's fully cooked. (because we'll stir-fry it!) For about 3 minutes.

 

3. Put it on a sieve to drain the water out.

 

4. Put some oil on the frying pan and stir-fry the green onions.

Until it smells good ~ I love this.

 

5. And then, add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry them together.

6. taste potato and add some salt if you think it's bland.

7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and it's done! UM UM UM!
